Iceland EXPEDITION OVERVIEW

Ready to do it all again in 2027?

Following the success of SKIRR Adventures in 2026, we’re back for 2027 with another season of sailing between Iceland and Greenland, giving you even more opportunities to experience the unique thrill of adventure sailing in the high latitudes.

After an incredible five seasons of exploring this remote corner of the world, we’re continuing the adventure in 2027 with four expedition legs, made up of two different routes which will each run twice across the summer.

You’ll have the choice of joining Polar Explorer or Arctic Adventure, with each route offering its own mix of Arctic sailing, remote landscapes, wildlife and opportunities to explore. Expect towering icebergs, dramatic fjords, rugged coastlines and the chance to experience some of the world’s most remote sailing destinations.

The 2027 programme begins with an offshore delivery passage from Gosport to Iceland, giving experienced sailors the opportunity to build valuable offshore miles before joining the first expedition. At the end of the season, you can take on the return Iceland to Gosport offshore delivery passage, completing the journey back to the UK.

With four expedition departures between July and September, there are plenty of opportunities to join us for a single expedition or combine multiple legs for a longer Arctic adventure.
